Returns Policy

We are happy to accept your returns for any orders that are faulty, we will exchange or Refund your order if requested within 14 days of delivery.

We will exchange or refund any non personalised items within 14 days of delivery if returned in the same condition that you received it.

Please note any personalised Gifts cannot be exchanged or refunded unless an error has been made on our behalf.

Cancellations

Please note if you would like to cancel your order before you have sent any photos you require printing on your personalised gifts, we will arrange an exchange or refund, however we can not allow cancellation of order once your order has been printed.

Your Photo's & Pictures

By agreeing to our terms & conditions at checkout, you are confirming that you have the rights/permissions to use any images sent to us for your personalised items. All personalised gifts created are photographed and could possibly appear in our gift gallery, or on any other page of eatmyface.co.uk. Your photo's however are deleted as soon as your item is created. If you do not wish us to add photos of your finished personalised gift to our website, please contact us and we will remove it instantly.
